Justin Templin

Mr. Templin’s diverse practice encompasses litigation, municipal law, and business law. His litigation practice involves land use and real estate cases, boundary disputes, municipal governance issues, and constitutional claims at the trial and appellate levels. He advises municipal governments and other public entities on data practices, open meeting requirements, and general legal matters. Mr. Templin counsels business clients and individuals on contracting questions, employment issues, strategic resource deployment, and a variety of other business matters.

Mr. Templin graduated from the University of Minnesota as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and earned a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has taught legal writing as an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School since 2004. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
